10 tips for the exam period 📚

  • Get an overview and make a plan
  • Talk nicely to yourself 😊
  • Work with one thing at a time
  • Make room for breaks
  • Start and finish the day with something you manage
  • Talk out loud to yourself about what you're reading
  • Be pleased with what you get done
  • Prioritize things that gives you energy 🤸‍♀️
    (f.ex. fresh air, friends, sleep, workouts, yoga)
  • Remember that it's normal and not dangerous to be stressed during the exam period
  • Prepare all tech things for the home exam 💻

  • Make sure you have some healthy food and drinks around 🍎
  • Let it be clean and structured around you
  • Plan out how much time you should use on the different parts
  • Read the assignment properly
  • Start with the thing you know 💪
