1. Keep your every day rhythm

Get up at the same time, and go to sleep at the same time every day. This will improve your sleep, and you will feel more rested during the day! 💪

2. Keep up with the good study habits

Do assignments, read the curriculum, discuss with a classmate, take a look at exam assignments - be active in the learning process 👩‍🎓

3. Eat healthy 🍎​

Remember fruits and vegetables!

4. Be active

  • Take a walk outside in the fresh air ☀️

  • Breaks and variation is important

5. Think of 5 things you are grateful for every day ✨

6. Call a friend

- or your dad, or a cousin, or grandma. Texts and Snaps are also great signs of life! 👋

7. Do something you like ❤️

Treat yo'self!

Drink hot cocoa with whipped creme, watch your favorite show on Netflix, play a board game with your roommates (Ligretto is very fun), laugh out loud at a bad joke, make anight snackat the same time as your friend, eat together on facetime, dance to your favorite music (I highly recommendABBA)

Be considerate and do as the authorities recommend, and this will be alright 😊
